At 53, I feel better now than I did in my 20s and 30s. And I'm on a mission to help other women feel this limitless too — at any age!
I stay strong by lifting heavy weights, paddling my outrigger canoe or SUP, fueling my body (I love tacos and spicy food!), and taking care of my gut.
