If you don't want to workout, forcing yourself to go to the gym isn't the answer. Learn the REAL way to get motivated — and keep it going!
Over the course of 90 days you'll start feeling more energized, sleeping better, feeling stronger and more alive. And, at the end of the program, you'll have the skills and confidence to keep going for years to come!
A few sets of dumbbells, some looped resistance bands, and a stability ball are enough to get you going!
It depends on your goals and desire for change. Generally, plan on a few hours per week to watch the videos, including the weekly coaching call, plus 20-45 minutes for each workout.
A computer, tablet, or even a phone can work. You'll need Facebook plus the Zoom app for our live calls. Some of your resource and training guides will be delivered to you as either Google Docs or PDFs.
I will lead you through each exercise and you can also submit video for individual feedback. Plus, you can ask questions in our private Facebook group and on our live, weekly coaching calls.
If you follow the protocol, you will start seeing a difference in how you feel in as little as 14 days, maybe even sooner. It all depends on your starting point, your goals, and your commitment.
